Special notice regarding 2014 AMA dues

The American Medical Association will direct bill its RI members for their 2014 dues.

Beginning August 2013, due to an operational change, AMA members will receive a separate dues statement from the AMA instead of paying AMA membership dues through RIMS.

There remains no requirement for RIMS members to join the AMA.

RI student wins national Tar Wars® Poster Contest

For the second time in three years a RI student placed first in the National Tar Wars® Poster contest and a $1500 prize. As RI winner, Kinjal Gupta, from Metcalf School in Exeter, won a family trip to Washington, DC to represent RI in the national competition on July 15.
